Tricia has been a licensed real estate agent for 17 years. Starting her career in 2000 with Rochester’s premier custom home builder, Ketmar Development, Inc., Tricia specialized in high-end construction from the first design stages through the very last finishing details. Her knowledge, vast communication skills, attention to detail, and organized manner were significant assets to both Ketmar, and their clients.

Transitioning to the existing real estate market in 2005, Tricia continued to specialize in new construction, as well as representing first time homebuyers and selling high-end properties throughout Monroe and Ontario counties.┬áBoundless energy, integrity and an unwavering commitment to all her clients’ needs are what makes Tricia a well-respected, experienced, sought after real estate agent… Her current and past clients really love her!

Living in Pittsford since 1986, Tricia and her husband, Scott, a native Rochestarian, are raising their two children to be actively involved in the Rochester community, something that is very important to the Wilson family. Emily is a sophomore at Virginia Tech where she plays varsity lacrosse and is majoring in communications. Sophie is a senior at Pittsford Sutherland High School, and a dancer at The Timothy M. Draper Center for Dance Education, where she will be pursuing a dance major in her ongoing college search.
