Tricia has been a licensed real estate agent for 23 years, producing multi-million totals year after year. Starting her career in 1999 with Rochester’s premier custom home builder, Ketmar Development, Inc., Tricia specialized in high-end construction from the first design stages through the very last finishing details. Her knowledge, vast communication skills, attention to detail, and organized manner were significant assets to both Ketmar and their clients. Transitioning to the existing real estate market in 2005, Tricia continued to specialize in new construction, as well as representing first-time homebuyers and selling high-end properties throughout many counties. A resident of Pittsford since 1986, Tricia has raised two children to be actively involved in the community, something that is very important to her family. Emily, 24, is a 2019 graduate of Virginia Tech, and now works and lives in NYC. Sophie, 22, is a 2021 graduate of The Ohio State University, also living and working in NYC.
